At The Southern Gentleman we do our best to provide you with items that are stylish, sophisticated, and functional. We offer new, used, retro, vintage, and antiques. We consider “vintage” items to be at least 40 years old and “antique” items to be at least 100 years old. We may also offer “retro” items, which are typically at least 15 years old but often date back to the 1970’s, 80’s, and 90’s.

For items that are retro, vintage, or antique, we do our best to provide you with as many details as possible throughout our listings.

Vintage and antique items are passed down through generations with some being hundreds of years old. They likely show some signs of age or typical wear. We will note and include pictures of notable damage or excessive wear and tear. It is up to the buyer to carefully read through product descriptions while viewing all pictures shared before purchasing.
